Hubungan antara Tingkat Pendidikan Ibu Balita dengan Kebiasaan Konsumsi Sayur Balita Pada Kelompok Ibu Bekerja Dan Tidak Bekerja

This research aims to know the level of formal education factor and nutrition knowledge of preschool children mothers that affect the vegetable consumption habits of preschool children at employment and unemployment mother’s groups. An analytical survey using cross-sectional design was used in the research. The population of the research was the entire family that has preschool children, with the total number of samples were 12o families. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and Simple Regression Analysis. The result of the research showed that the level of employment mother formal education namely Diploma 3 (D3) University (S1) were higher than unemployment mother, Senior High Scholl (SMA). The kind of vegetables that commonly consumed were: carrot, sawi, kangkong, cassava leaves. All of the vegetables were processed by “tumis berkuah” or boiled soup. The result of the statistic test showed that there was a significant relationship (p<0.05) between formal education of mothers with the vegetable consumption of preschool children at employment and the unemployment mother’s group.
